St Francis e Letter 23 November 2014
Dedicated Giving Sunday continues this Sunday 23rd November – Many thanks for those who have pledged
DG Sunday was last Sunday. Because of the 94.7 cycle rally and the inability of those on the east side of Jan Smuts Ave to get to church please bring the completed form back with you this Sunday – 23rd November – so that we can bless your commitment and celebrate the gifts God gives us. Your pledge can also be handed in at the church office during the week.

Bicycle and Cooler Boxes
I have had a request for a bicycle. Over the last year several people have asked me for bicycles so that they could be employed to deliver newspapers. This has worked well and there are three people who are successfully earning incomes. If there is another bicycle out there doing nothing please consider passing it on to me to pass on to Bongani.
I also have a need for a cooler box for some one who would like to sell food on the side of the road. If you have one that you have no further use of please bring it to the church.
JSA Operation Relief
Operation Relief is an ecumenical programme which provides weekly food parcels to homeless people. If you have plastic bags which need to be recycled please bring these to the church. The one condition is that the bags are clean! Operation relief uses 600 plastic bags a week for food parcels and other hand outs.
