THANK YOU for your ongoing, exceptional generosity in multiple ways [love, presence, time, skills, money, etc] embodying your trust in God’s work through God’s church!
In a world which all too often asks:
“What’s in it for me?” Pseudo-generosity creates an environment which becomes easily self-serving. When giving is mainly attached to self-benefit then a stinginess of spirit hardens and diminishes our life-force. Christlike, freewill, loving, unconditional, “no strings attached” sharing or giving is enormously life-giving in multiple ways to multiple others. And Christlike giving is transformative, it is something which makes a life- enhancing difference.
