How the parish roll system works

A link is emailed to the heads of each family in the parish.  This link takes you into the parish roll database, enabling you to edit the details of the members of your family.  You will not be able to see the details of anyone else in the database, and they will not be able to see your details.  If you have not been emailed this link, or if you would like to have it re-sent to you, please contact the parish office.

If there are any inconsistencies in your details, or if there are pieces of information missing, we will send you an email explaining what the problem is, and ask you to make the necessary corrections.

Twice a year we will re-send the link to you and ask you to update any details that might have changed.
