Dearly Beloved Franciscans

Many neuro-scientists agree that all genders have an innate impulse to care for and help those who are suffering.  Surely then it would be natural to assume that we all have a mothering strand as part of our being. This is why on the commercial Mothers’ Day, we prefer not to distinguish between gender nor age nor biological reality.  So, blessed Mothers’ Day everyone!
