Church Inclusive: Third Sunday After The Epiphany, 22 January 2023

Dearly Beloved Franciscans

When we stumble or fall, does not the possibility exist of being helped up or helping ourselves to steady ourselves and resume what we were doing in some or other form?  If we can hold this perspective in our hearts when we “stumble or fall”, whether academically, emotionally, and so on, then perhaps we can create a necessary  breathing space in which we can imagine beginning again. There really are very few absolutes in our lives and the question “where to from here?” can help us to explore different ways of engaging in something which previously caused us to “stumble” or to “fail” in one area of our lives. John O’Donohue in his poem “A New Year Blessing” writes : “On the day when the weight deadens on your shoulders and you stumble, may the clay dance to balance you”.

Let us join in the dance to balance life by being together at our Sunday Eucharist, either in-person or by following us on the following link for our live streaming :https//www.youtube.com/channel/UCt35PbtR_ZhmeLxXjQ3EIBg

Love and hope
