Dearly Beloved Franciscans

This weekend is the only major Christian commemmoration which is based on a Doctrine, namely The Holy Trinity. Perhaps part of the gift of this doctrine is that it defies human understanding and definition and reminds us of the reality of Mystery as an organic part of our faith.  Do we make enough space in our lives for mystery?

The unanswerable, the indescribable, the unknowing of the Divine is also an invitation to relax and let things be. This can be a relief in a world that expects the opposite.
