Dear Franciscans
A new month, summer rains and level 1! These are signs of life and hope as we enter our Patronal month when we celebrate the life and faith of St Francis.
Do join us on Sunday for our Patronal Festival. Ven Lynda Shimmin will share with us and there will be tea in the garden afterwards too. Please know you are welcome at 8.30. The pew leaflet and new liturgy are attached. It is the complete liturgy of the whole service for this month. You can print it if you like (about 5 pages), but it will also be on the Power Point in church and on your screen at home.
One of the lesser known sayings of St Francis is this, “We have been called to heal wounds, to unite what has fallen apart, and to bring home those who have lost their way.”
