Baroque Music Festival: 7 -12 May 2019

The word “Baroque” meaning “oddly shaped pearl” from the Portuguese word Barroco, was used to describe Western Art music composed from about 1600 to 1750. While a major portion of the music was classical it is now widely studied, performed and listened to.

The time has come to once again celebrate the Baroque Era with the annual Baroque Music Festival at St Francis. Please join us as we take you on a journey with a variety performances and talks by a variety of artists.
